Built by suit-shop operators for suit-shop reality.

We created TailorStack because the software available to formalwear teams felt like leftovers—generic retail stacks forced onto a workflow that needs fittings, deposits, alterations, and wedding deadlines.

Why we exist

Suit shops juggle wedding parties, special orders, and out-of-town fittings that normal retail platforms never considered. TailorStack exists to give those operators a disciplined workflow that mirrors the real handoffs happening on the floor.

What was broken

Teams were scribbling on clipboards, re-entering data into POSes, and guessing which attendant still owed a balance. We wrote the processes we lived—consultations, alterations, vendor packets—and encoded them into SuitCircle + TieTogether.

How we build

Every feature starts with an operator interview, a paper process, or a shop visit. We pair designers with shop owners to ensure the UI feels branded, the data feels complete, and the workflow doesn’t break under peak wedding season.

Mason Gray

Mason Gray is the Founder & CEO of TailorStack and a Kansas City native with a career rooted in tech, business development, and startup execution—from early-stage ideas to funded ventures. He spent nearly a decade working inside an independent suit shop, running fittings, tracking special orders, and living the nuanced headaches owners face. He built TailorStack after watching shops shoehorn themselves into software that didn’t understand fittings, alterations, or wedding deadlines.
